1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across all regions within the United Kingdom. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
3. Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
- Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (available at checkout)
4. Shipping Charges
- Standard Delivery: Free on orders over £50
- Orders under £50: £4.99 flat rate
- Express Delivery: £9.99
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also log in to your Rozestore account to view tracking details.
6. Missed Delivery
If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier may leave a note or reschedule the delivery. Please follow the courier's instructions for redelivery.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us immediately. We’ll work to resolve the issue quickly.
