At Rozestore LTD, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in unused, original condition and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Used or damaged items due to misuse
  • Clearance or final sale items (unless faulty)

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@rozestore.com with your order details and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

4. Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for safe delivery.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
